INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF A CAMERA-READY COPY
The following instruction will help you with the preparation of your paper. Please read them carefully before you start.
LANGUAGE
The text should be written in English. We prefer British English. Please use spelling check function by gEnglish (UK)h in your computer software (e.g. MS Word 2002).
PAPER SIZE
The paper size is 210 mm x 297 mm (A4).
TEXT AREA
The text must be keyed within an area measuring 118 mm x 187 mm (left and right margins: 46mm, top and bottom margins: 55mm). You must contain all text matter, tables and any figures within this area and ensure that the margins are consistent on all pages.
MAIN TEXT LAYOUT
The main text should be set in Times New Roman, 10.5-point type. The line spacing is 12 point. All text should be product as a single column and justified throughout.
PRINTERS AND OUTPUT
Please use good quality white paper for preparing your camera-ready copy. Make sure that the printer output is clear and in black. Outputs from a laser printer at a resolution of 600 dpi are preferable. The text must be original, not photocopied. Make sure that the copy is absolutely clear, not blurred or with portions of letters missing. We will require the original and two photocopies of your printout.
TITLE PAGE
This page should contain the title of paper, the name(s) of the author(s), organisation, address(es), E-mail address(es) and the abstract.
OTHER PAGES
For the second and following pages, use the full 118 mm x 187 mm area and commence keying, in one column, at the top of this area for each subsequent page, inserting tables and figures as required. Leave one clear line between paragraphs within a section.
HEADINGS
Headings should be set aligned left, and numbered as given below.
1 Introduction and Main section heading
Introduction should start from the top of the specified typing area. Introduction and main section heading should be set in Times New Roman bold, 10.5-point type, capitals, with two line spaces above and one below. The first heading is numbered sequentially as 1, 2, 3, etc.

TABLES
Tables must be set as part of the text and centred. The main text is in Times New Roman, 10.5-point type. Titles and headings are to be set in Times New Roman, 10.5-point type. All tables must have a caption centred over the table and should be numbered sequentially as Table 1, Table 2, Table 3, etc. (see example). Leave one line space above and below tables. Large tables may be set in landscape, sideways on the page, reading up. Please use the English notation for numbers (see example table). When referring to tables in the text, preface the number with the word eTablef or eTablesf and place the number as Table 1, Tables 4 and 5, etc.
DISPLAYED EQUATIONS
All equations must be clearly set. When referring to equations in the text, preface the number with the word eequationf or eequationsf and place the number within brackets as equation (1), equations (4) and (5), etc. Displayed equations should be numbered simply (1), (2), (3), etc. The numbers should appear at the extreme right of the line. Please ensure that subscripts and superscripts are clearly legible.
FIGURE CAPTIONS
Captions to figures/illustrations should be set in Times New Roman, 10.5-point type and centred below the figure. All figures are to be numbered sequentially as Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3, etc. When referring to figures in the text, preface the number with the word eFiguref or eFiguresf and place the number as Figure 1, Figures 4 and 5, etc. Leave one line space between caption and text.
FIGURES/ILLUSTRATIONS
Illustrations should be drawn in black ink or by using good quality graphic software and must fit within the page text size. Tints may range from 20% to 60% black, this will ensure the best reproduction in the printed book. Failure to comply with this may cause problems for the printer and result in an unsatisfactory final image (which would make the copy unacceptable). Try to avoid boxing text between two illustrations on a page as this can sometimes make reading more difficult. Please ensure that all spelling and annotations (numbers, letters, symbols and captions) conform to their usage in the text.
REFERENCES
The Harvard Systems of referencing must be used. In the body of the text, papers or documents are referred to by the authorfs surname with the year of publication in parenthesis; if the quotation is itself in parenthesis, the year of publication is separated by a comma. If the reference has more than two authors, only the surname of the first author followed by et al in italics will appear in the body of the text.
At the end of paper, complete references must be given alphabetically by authorfs surname including: surname(s) and initials of author(s), separated by a comma, year of publication in parenthesis. The title of the book and the name of journal or proceedings must be in italic typeface, with first letter capitals, and the volume of the journal must be in bold typeface; the publisher and city of publication must also be indicated (see examples). Subsequent lines should be indented.
ORDER OF THE PAPER
The order of the paper is as follows:
First: the chapters of the main body of the text,
Second: the endnotes (title to be set in Times New Roman bold, 10.5-point type, capitals, centred) if required*,
