Instructions for preparing a disk

We can accept a standard 3.5 inch high density disk (PC or Mac). You should send a 3.5 inch disk containing the final paper which is completely same as the camera ready hard copy. It should include an ASCII/text only version and word processed version. Microsoft Word 95 or later version is preferable. If you prepared your figures using graphics software, these figures must be copied and pasted in the word processed version.

The disk should be clearly labelled with the following information:

  1. Title of paper
  2. Name of author(s)
  3. File names contained on disk
  4. Hardware used (PC or Mac)
  5. Software used (name and version)
